Call our Helpline on 044 350 04 04. The women who work at the Frauenhaus   will help you to have a life without violence. We will also give you advice if you have legal questions and help you with paperwork.

The police will help you if you are experiencing violence right now. Call 117 (Emergency number). The person being violent against you must stay away from your home for 14 days. They must not come near you any more. That means that you and your children can stay in your home and plan the next steps.
